NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Nevada Gold Mines LLC made application on September 3, 2026, to change the point of diversion of 0.008288 c.f.s. and 6.0 a.f.a. of water from Permit 93869, from an underground source in Boulder Flat (061) for quasi-municipal purposes. Diversion is to be made within the NE1/4 NE1/4 of Section 23, T.33N., R.48E., M.D.B.&M., approximately 22 miles west of Carlin, NV.
